JM Weekend Rental is a Melbourne-based small business located in Victoria, specialising in designer, formal, cocktail, and party wear hire. What began in 2018 with just 10 party dresses has grown into a thriving hire business with a carefully curated collection of over 300 garments.

Founded by Jordyn Steward, a passionate young entrepreneur in her 20s, JM Weekend Rental was built from a love of fashion and business. While studying a double degree in Law and Commerce at university, Jordyn used her drive and creativity to steadily grow the brand. In 2022, JM Weekend Rental became her full-time focus, with the challenges of COVID lockdowns serving as a catalyst for innovation and expansion. Many of the ideas developed during that time have since come to life and shaped the business into what it is today.

Behind the scenes, JM Weekend Rental is supported by a dedicated team of family members and staff who play an essential role in the brand’s continued success. Their ongoing support and hard work have been instrumental in creating the experience JM Weekend Rental is known for.

In 2023, JM Weekend Rental proudly opened its first boutique in Thomastown. The boutique is a thoughtfully designed space where clients can browse, try on garments, and receive personalised styling assistance to find the perfect fit for their event. As of 2026, the business continues to grow with three in-store staff members, a social media manager, and a team of content models featured across social platforms and the website.

Located within the Novo Business Park factory complex. Please enter via the right-hand driveway off Settlement Road, our factory is on the right-hand side, approximately halfway down.

We’re in a prime, secure location with easy access from the M80 Freeway and Dalton Road. For public transport, the nearest train stations are Thomastown Station and Keon Park Station.
