JM Formal — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the JM Formal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Event Tickets

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets may be transferred to another guest up to 7 days prior to the event date. After this time, ticket transfers will not be permitted.
• Your ticket must be presented upon arrival at the event.
• The name on the ticket must match the guest’s valid photo ID presented upon entry.

Dress Hire Voucher

• Each JM Formal ticket includes one $100 dress hire voucher.
• The dress hire voucher is non-transferable and may only be used by the original ticket holder.
• The voucher is valid only for the JM Formal event date and cannot be transferred to another event or date.
• If the full $100 voucher value is not used, the remaining balance is non-refundable and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or credit.
• If the selected dress hire is valued at more than $100, the ticket holder may use the voucher and pay the difference.
• The dress hire voucher does not cover any try-on appointment fees.
• All other applicable JM Weekend Rental hire terms and conditions will apply to the dress hire booked for the JM Formal.
