HOW TO BOOK

🗓️ Please select the actual date of event/hire of garment. This will ensure correct pickup/postal times, and return days, are provided accurately.

🛒 You will be able to select Pickup, Postage or Local Delivery at checkout.

📲 You will receive a text message with pickup/postal/delivery details of your booking, once it is ready.

🛍️Pickup Bookings:

Pickups can be available up to 72 hours prior to your event date, however will be subject to availability after the previous booking.

You can add your desired pickup date in Cart Notes so we can best accomodate.

💌 Postal Bookings:

We aim for all postal bookings to arrive 1-3 days prior to your event date.

Postal bookings are made via express postage through Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided. 

We recommend booking no later than 2 business days prior to your event date to avoid disappointment.

Please still select the DATE OF YOUR EVENT when booking with postage, so we can send it out accordingly and provide you with the correct return date.

All postal bookings include the postal return.

🚗 Local Delivery Bookings:

Melbourne customers have the luxury of booking with our Local Delivery option, where our staff will drop off straight to your door.

All delivery bookings include the postal return.

Pricing will calculate at checkout and will depend on your location.

We aim for all delivery bookings to be dropped off 1-3 days prior to your event date.

If you are unsure about sizing or styling, we recommend coming in store for a Try On.

We are located in Thomastown, and are open Tuesdays - Saturdays weekly.

🛍️ In Store Returns:

All in store bookings are required to be returned to our store by 8pm, on the second date after your event date.

Late fees will apply if returned after this time.

Return reminders and instructions are sent via text after your event.

💌 Postal Returns:

All postal bookings include a return satchel with is incorporated with the shipping price paid. 

Please lodge your return INSIDE a post office at the desk, by 4PM on the first business day after your event. 

Please DO NOT post in a street box, as this does not activate tracking and no proof of postage is available. This can also cause delays.

Late fees will apply for any late and/or incorrect lodgements for postal returns.
